There are several types of corona virus. Some of these can be fatal. The new coronavirus is a virus similar to the one currently spread from China. So far no vaccine has been detected for the virus infection or COVID-19 disease. There is no alternative to personal awareness to prevent the transmission of this virus.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) data, it can take up to 5 days for the symptoms to appear after the new coronavirus infection. Symptoms of COVID-8 are:
■ Fever with dry cough
■ Breathing problems.
■ There may be pain in the muscles
In this case the infection begins with fever. Then there may be dry cough, which can cause respiratory problems within a week.
Who are at risk
Any flu-related disease, such as kidney, heart or liver failure, a person who is already sick or lacking immunity, has uncontrolled diabetes, and pregnant women are at higher risk. This also applies to new coronaviruses. In this case, the death rate of the elderly is high. Children are not low risk.
Ways to prevent infection
There is no alternative to personal awareness to prevent coronavirus infection:
■ Droplet infection is the spread of the disease through cough and cough. The best prevention is to not come in contact with an infected, suspected person. To keep yourself safe, stay at a safe distance from anyone suffering from colds.
■ Special mask should be worn on the face of the infected person and caregiver. Never cover your nose or mouth and cough and cough. The used tissue or handkerchief should be thrown to the appropriate place.
■ Wash hands frequently with soap-water or hand sanitizer. Items that touch a lot of people, such as stair railing, door knobs, water call, computer mouse or phone, car or rickshaw handle, etc. should be cleaned immediately.
■ Fish and meat should be boiled well.
